Twelve people were indicted Thursday by a Jim Wells County Grand Jury for crimes ranging from evading arrest to murder, including Vidal Ben Garcia III, for allegedly killing his wife at the Texas Health and Human Services Department on Flournoy Road.
Kimberly Lee Gonzalez, 26, was found in the department's restroom in a pool of blood about 2 p.m. Jan. 10.
Police located a .38 revolver and a bloody jacket in a white 1991Camaro after they stopped Garcia on Front and Cameron Street.
Police said witnesses at the human service office heard the couple arguing.
Gonzalez was unable to be revived via CPR was taken to CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital where she died.
Bueno said the couple was at the health and human service office to get a new Lone Star card when an argument escalated. About 25 people along with state employees were in the office when the incident occurred.

Jose Valente Cortez, 21, of San Diego for possession of cocaine, less than one gram
Lorraine Cases, 26, of Alice for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
Russell James Bosely, 31, of Monroe, La., for assault family violence with strangulation
Mel Manuel Hernandez, 22, of Alice for aggravated robbery
Roberto Perez Jr., 33, of Houston for money laundering $200,000 or more
Samuel Garcia III, 18, of Alice for evading arrest
Jose Roel Molina, 53, of Corpus Christi for DWI third or more
Brenda Elizondo, 31, of Alice for possession of a controlled substance
Vicente Ramirez, 34, of Alice for DWI with a child under 15 years of age
Thomas David Gaskamp, 57, of Houston for possession of marijuana more than 50 pounds but less than 2,000
