Justine Infante and Rosario Moreno were transported to the hospital with unknown injuries Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, 51-year-old Infante, driving a silver Escape, failed to yield the right of way when leaving the Laviana Plaza on Flourney Road when she struck a Ford Mustang passing by.

The driver of the Ford Mustang was 56-year-old Rosario Moreno. Moreno had two female passengers with her at the time of the accident.

Plastic parts, bumpers and the Escape's license plate were scattered across the accident scene.

Moreno was complaining of neck pain as first responders attended to her needs.

Infante was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
