FREER - Two individuals were arrested Wednesday evening by law enforcement after they located 6.3 grams of cocaine, marijuana and a Ruger .380 handgun.

Agents with the Central South Texas Criminal Investigation Unit along with the Duval and Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Offices, Freer United States Border Patrol and the Freer Police Department executed a narcotic search warrant at a residence on the 100 block of East Humble Street.

Selena Clarke Garza, 23, and 30-year-old Daniel Noe Garza were transported to the Duval County jail.

They were charged with possession of a controlled substances, manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, possession of marijuana in a drug free zone, three counts of abandonment endangerment of a child criminal negligence.

Daniel Noe Garza was also charged with unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
