The Jim Wells County Sheriff's Department conducted a knock-and-talk investigation at a residence on the 1500 block of County Road 457 that resulted in the arrest of four individuals.
Investigators had received a tip that criminal activity occurring at the residence. When investigators arrived they observed Wyatt Oaks outside the residence. He rushed in to the residence and told the occupants of the home to destroy their drugs, according to investigators.
Investigators found three adults, Robert Lopez, Amanda Munoz Foster and William Foster, and two juveniles inside the home.
A search of the residence led investigators to discover several bags of synthetic marijuana with a total weight of 59 grams, $3,655 in US currency, an assault rifle, body armor and 100 rounds of ammunition.
The individuals were transported to the JWC jail.
Oaks was charged with tampering with evidence, and Lopez was charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.
Amanda Munoz Foster and William Foster were both charged with manufacturing and delivering of a controlled substance, and two counts of child endangerment.
Child Protective Services were notified of the situation.
