The Alice Police Department's Narcotic Division conducted a knock-and-talk Friday that led to the arrest of Sandra Gonzalez.

Officers arrived at Gonzalez's home on the 700 block of Roosevelt and spoke with Gonzalez after receiving information that she had synthetic marijuana.

Gonzalez willingly confirmed to officers that she had synthetic marijuana. She gave it to the officers who arrested her. She had a total of 18 grams of synthetic marijuana.

Gonzalez was booked into the Jim Wells County jail. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
