A few men with different city and county entities in the area gathered for a training hosted by the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service - TEEK on Monday at the Alice Multi Use Complex.

The men were trained on issues such as customer service inspections and how to deal with customers regarding permits for property owners in city or county residents.

Training was part of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) who require that water utility professionals have 30 hours of training.
