With the holidays approaching the Jim Wells County Attorney Michael Guerra and his staff decided that they needed to give back to their community.

From now till Nov. 17, they are accepting non-perishable goods that will benefit the Alice Food Pantry and local families.

The fall food drive is just one of several projects the county attorney's office will be conducting.

A box has been set up outside the office located on the second floor of the JWC Courthouse.
