SAN DIEGO - Parents and students of Collins-Parr Elementary attended Family Stem Night Tuesday, Oct. 10.

“STEM family night was a huge success! Hats off to the Collins Admin, Teachers and staff! A special thanks to Amanda Morgan and Yvonne (Munoz)," said Superintendent Dr. Sam Bueno. "It was simply amazing to see the excitement and hands on student engagement! It is a fine Vaquero day!“

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Family STEM Night featured the Traiblazer, a science museum on wheels that attendees could tour.

During STEM night attendees experienced the interactive science museum, a demonstration from the San Diego High School Robotics Team and more.
