Orange Grove - Thirty-seven cell phones and accessories were discovered in the apartment of an Orange Grove couple as deputies investigated a report about a stolen vehicle case Wednesday.

Deputies found Charles Inman, 36, was arrested near the stolen vehicle. Through the investigation deputies arrived at an apartment complex on the 300 block of Thiel Street to make contact with 30-year-old Jennifer Elise Cheaney.

According to Lt. Felix Saenz with the Jim Wells County Sheriff's Office, Cheaney allowed deputies into the apartment where they discovered two boxes; one box of cell phones and one box of accessories.

Deputies believe the cell phone and accessories are stolen. However, the case is still under investigation.
