SAN DIEGO - Dressed in their best attire six Bernarda Jaime Junior High students were inducted in the National Junior Honor Society. On Wednesday as their family and friends watched the students vowed to excel in academics and in their community.

Inductees were Corey Lazo, Elia Soliz, Makaylee Adams, Allison Elizondo, Lani Lopez and Kyrsten Perez.

NJHS members include Zoe Benavides, Zariela Coronado, Andres Garza, Jaems Rodriguez, Larisa Saenz, Alejandra Trevino, Jayden Uribe, Eliana Vidal, Luz Bueno, Iliana Casas, Dalenisa Coronado, Alexia Garcia, Derrick Gonzalez, Lonna Gonzalez, Lauryn Luna, Angel martinez, Elizabeth Munoz, Clarissa Ochoa, Marina Perez, Jon Rodriguez, Amber Trigo and Zachary Tunchez.

Eighth grade NJHS members were award a medallion as they will soon leave the campus to enter high school.
